As we do our own fishing, freshness is guaranteed. 
The meals are prepared according to traditional recipes. Of course, special requests of our guests will always be considered.		  
 

The sun is setting in the Corali Bay - and another wonderful day is drawing
 to a close, while in the Corali kitchen the preparations for the dinner are
 in full swing.

 
 

A delicious meal on the terrace at sunset, a light, pleasant wind from the Libyan sea .....this is simply lovely. And after dinner?

A beautiful day comes to an end in good company, enjoying the conversation and sometimes traditional live music.Now at the latest each of our guests has the feeling to belong to a big family.

  
 

Those who are in the mood for a little exercise will walk along the beach to Fort Fangokastello nearby. The last sunbeams touch the walls of the castle with their golden light.
